Old package code rule (semiconductor package)

Dear htanaka,

Unfortunately we do not have any old document regarding the traceability and production date code. The nomenclature on page 2 still valid for this part.
The traceability and production date code except the Grp1 should also be valid for your part.
PS: This part has been discontinued. The direct replacement is the IGP15N60T: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/prod...2217ad6f0927f2
