XMC4500 Code Debug

Hi There

Does anybody know if there is a limitation on the size of code that I can debug in step through mode? Its seems once my project goes over a certain size I can only debug in disassembly mode and not full source step-through. When the source goes over a certain size I get the errors attached in the image.Attachment 1915, this seems to happen when the .text section goes over 100000 approx.
