A question about the naming rule of AURIX chip

For example, I have a TC275 chip with this mark:

SAK TC275T - 64 F200W CA

After some searching, studying and guessing, I managed to understand all the meaning but the number before "F200W".

What the 64 stands for?

First I guessing it means the chip has 64K EEPROM. But I quickly found that some variants with 24K EEPROM also has "64" in its name.

Can anyone explain its meaning to me?
