Eagle CAD files for XMC4000 devices

Hello!

I am drawing schematics of a board that will include an XMC4500.
We are still not sure if it will be the XMC4500-F100x1024 or the XMC4500-F144x1024

Is it possible to get the Eagle CAD description files for these components ?
