CCU4 - use one one slice as prescaler for another slice?

Hello,

I understand that 2 CCU4 slices can be concatenated. From my understanding, that turns two 16-bit counters into a 32-bit counter. That's not quite what I'm wanting.

I was wondering if it's possible to use one slice as a prescaler for a second slice? So that the timer/counter in the second slice is now incrementing at a very specific, and very programmable, rate?
