Dave 4 gdb timeout

Hello everybody,

im trying to debug and program a XMC4500 via Dave 4, since I don't own a windows PC i try it via a vm on my Macbook.
The problem now is that I get a gdb timeout error(see screenshot).

What i've tried so far:

• reconnect the XMC4500 and make sure the XMC is connected to the VM and not the Mac
• switched off both firewalls
• tried to program the XMC4500 via remote connection to the host machine(the Mac)

Maybe someone also had this problem in the past and knows a solution or has a good hint how to solve the problem.
