Upgrading SEGGER JLink in DAVE4

Hi,

Segger is releasing new versions of their JLink debug software quite often, and it is always a good idea to keep up with the latest fixes.
You can download the latest version of the JLink software from https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink
After installation, you need to change the location SEGGER JLink in DAVE4. Open DAVE4, click on Windows>Preferences, in the section Run/Debug>SEGGER JLink, change the path to the new version.
