The power supply voltage is OK. Which bit of the StatCON Register is set? Is it Bit 4?
The STATCON_Register is used by the over-temperature detection. Have a look at chapter 4.5. of this appnote: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Applic...1be9b0eb2b7fd8
in case of an over-temperature condition, bit 4 of STATCON is set to 0 and the corresponding diagnostic bits are set to HL.
The switching can be crosschecked: As you use a motor inductive loads are used. See this Appnote chapter 3.2. In figure 6 you find the switching behaviour. Can you compare it against your measurement? Which channel do you use?
