SAL-TC222-16F133N Power consumption sheet

Hi,

Can someone share the power calculation sheet for this controller (SAL-TC222-16F133N)?
It is not clear from the datasheet how much current has to be supported on 5V and 3.3V supply inputs.
This will help us to select proper regulators for this controller
