SPI slave MISO line issue (XMC4500 + XMC1201)

I have the same problem with a XMC1402. How did you solve this?

1) How can you enable/disable the slave MISO line?
2) PDL can only be set to 0 (the passive data level is 0) or 1(the passive data level is 1) but you can't set it to open drain...
