Problem programming new TC1796 with MemTool

Hi All ,

I’m using MemTool and trying to program a new TC1796 micro and have met the following error

If I change the step in MemTool the padlocks go away but the part fails to program

Has anyone some ideas or met he same condition ?

I can read internal memory is there a place to see if the part has a lock enabled ??
