TC275 IEEE 1588 Time Stamping(EtherNET)

Hello.

how can used IEEE 1588 Time stamp in TC275?
i already set the fine update time stamp mode(EtherNET). also set (TTSE, IC,FS,LS,TCH) pins.
but i can't get exactly time stamping when send or received the data.
datasheet is DMA updates the DES2 and DES3 with the time stamp value before clearing the Own bit. but update is nothing.
what should i set more?
