Which operating systems are supported by MemTool?

Supported operating systems are shown in the release notes of the MemTool.
e.g.
In the MemTool version: 4.8.1 (11.10.2019), the following operating systems are supported.
Microsoft Windows™ Vista
Microsoft Windows™ 7 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Microsoft Windows™ 8.1 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Microsoft Windows™ 10 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Note: You need administrator permissions to install the program.
